Last updated: June 2026. These Terms & Conditions constitute the legally binding agreement between you and bajii governing your use of the bajii platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating a bajii account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction to hold a bajii account.
Each individual may hold only one bajii account. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, collusion, and use of automated betting systems are strictly prohibited on bajii.
bajii provides deposit limits and self-exclusion tools. Players are responsible for managing their gambling activity within safe limits.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of eighteen (18) years of age to register a bajii Account and use any of the Services. bajii strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors. bajii reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where underage use is suspected or confirmed. Any winnings accrued prior to age verification on a non-compliant Account shall be forfeited.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering with bajii. bajii makes no representation that the Services are available or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction, including within Pakistan. You agree to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
3.3 Registration Requirements. To open a bajii Account, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to keep this information current and accurate at all times.
3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one bajii Account. Multiple Accounts associated with the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method are prohibited. bajii reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances therein.
3.5 Prohibited Registrants. The following individuals are not eligible to register a bajii Account: persons under 18 years of age; employees, contractors, or agents of bajii; any person previously permanently banned from bajii; and any person located in a jurisdiction where the Services are explicitly prohibited.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajii Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. bajii will never ask you for your password or full OTP via any communication channel.
4.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify bajii immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. bajii shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. bajii reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, breach of these Terms, or harmful activity. In the event of closure for cause, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited.
4.4 KYC Verification. bajii is required to verify the identity and age of Players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide such documentation as bajii may reasonably request, including a copy of your Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending compliance.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login or transaction activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. bajii reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive Accounts as specified in its published fee schedule, provided that the Account balance shall not be reduced below zero.
5.1 Deposit Methods. bajii accepts deposits in PKR via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and USDT. bajii reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 Deposit Limits. bajii may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits at the platform level, promotional level, or individual Account level at its discretion. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to operational considerations. bajii reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. bajii targets withdrawal processing within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes for KYC-verified Accounts using JazzCash or Easypaisa. Processing times for bank transfer methods may be longer depending on the receiving institution. bajii does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. Where a deposit is made in a currency other than PKR (e.g., USDT), bajii will apply a conversion at the rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. bajii is committed to preventing money laundering. bajii reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal and conduct a full account review where there are reasonable grounds to suspect that funds represent the proceeds of unlawful activity. bajii may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by applicable law.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. bajii reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on a market that has been incorrectly priced due to manifest error. In cases of manifest error, bajii may void settled bets and return stakes to the Player's Account.
6.2 Market Settlement. Bets placed on sports markets will be settled in accordance with bajii's published sport-specific settlement rules, available in the Help section of the platform. bajii's determination of the result of any bet is final and binding.
6.3 Live Betting. Wagers placed on live in-play markets are accepted subject to the betting interface confirming acceptance. bajii shall not be responsible for bets placed after an event has concluded or where the outcome was known at the time of placement due to delayed data feeds.
6.4 Casino and Live Casino Games. All casino games on bajii, including live dealer games, are governed by the individual game rules made available within the game interface. 7.4 Withdrawal of Active Bonus Funds. Withdrawal requests placed while Bonus Funds are active and subject to unsatisfied wagering requirements may, at bajii's election, result in the forfeiture of the entire bonus balance before the withdrawal is processed.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bajii and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
9.1 All content on the bajii platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and trade marks, is the property of bajii or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bajii Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of any bajii content.
10.1 bajii processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the bajii Privacy Policy.
10.2 bajii collects and processes personal data including your name, Pakistani mobile number, CNIC details, payment information, and betting activity for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
10.3 bajii will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required.
11.1 18+ Strictly Enforced. bajii is an adults-only platform. All Players must be at least 18 years of age. bajii uses identity verification to enforce this restriction and will immediately close any Account found to be held by an underage individual.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bajii operates. References to Pakistani law are made for contextual purposes where bajii's primary user base is located; they do not constitute a submission to Pakistani jurisdiction by bajii.
14.2 In the event of any dispute arising from your use of bajii Services, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting bajii customer support. bajii will use reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties may refer the matter to an appropriate alternative dispute resolution body.
14.3 bajii's determination on the outcome of any game or wager is final and binding unless a manifest technical error is demonstrated.
